Your order is placed on the manufacturer's encrypted checkout. Here is what happens next and how returns work for unopened packs.
Choose your pack and pay with Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Orders are shipped on working days and delivered within 2–3 working days. Changes can be requested by email within 12 hours of ordering.
Unopened, sealed packs can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Email [email protected] to receive the returns form and address.
Once the return has arrived, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Requests to cancel, change or correct an order must be emailed within 12 hours of ordering. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, the store will try to accommodate the change.
Email the store within 3 days of receipt with photos or a video of the damage or wrong item. The store replies within 3 business days on how to proceed.
Free gifts and promotional items cannot be refunded or returned.
